Shipping and handling for Continental- US 48 contiguous states
We do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands in the "free shipping basis". We ship big parts (radiators, charge air coolers, axles, etc.) by FedEx home delivery or FedEx ground and small parts (cables, gas springs, blower motor resistors, etc.) by USPS. Shipping delays if you do not provide a physical and valid address. Orders made during Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be process on the next business day. Our orders will ship within 1 Business day of received/cleared payments. Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter.
We only ship to VERIFIED address that is stated on your PayPal account as the shipping address unless the correct address was stated on the PayPal notes section. E-mailing us after you have made payment does not qualify, so please update your shipping address on PayPal before making a payment. Thanks.
Customer satisfaction is our top concern. We will refund or replace the item of your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
1) Are in their original packaging.
2) Have original manufacturer information.
3) Are not used, installed, or disassembled.
4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation.
5) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions.
Once we received, conducted the inspection, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, allow 3-5 business days to process your refund including all applicable sales taxes. Any return without prior notice will not be accepted.
The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited ONLY in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

The warranty is limited to the original part purchased by the original owner/purchaser.

time required for you to receive ordered parts, incorrect or non-professional
installation, use of incorrect or damaged parts, incorrect tools or equipment,
or incorrect repair procedure.
